Food was excellent they atmosphere was great. I had to stop there with my grandson on our way passing through. It was very entertaining with him for they have lots of toys to keep children occupied. Which it worked very well. Good friendly service and clean.

Looking for Gas, restroom. Walked in this place the smell made me want to eat! It was WONDERFUL food, also tons of parking Big trucks too. This place was warm, inviting, happy good people and great food. I WILL stop again and try more food. Not for wimps, I was hurring to go potty almost peed myself lol you'll see... Worth stopping in decor is really cool too. Thanks Guys we enjoyed our friendly morning we spent with you and the Canadian couple in the Red Simi. Roaring fireplace kept us cozy in that rainy weather too.

Literally the cleanest restaurant / convenience store I've been to in my entire life. Spotless. Plus, charming on all accounts from the staff the decor to the other customers present.

Nice place to stop if you're going up or down the I-5 as tourists or truck driver. Parking lot for trucks is decent sized too and the meals will fill you up as well.

Great breakfast! Nice and warm inside, clean, very nice bathroom. I can't believe all the truckers are not clamoring to get in here this morning! I guess they just don't know - so I will share!

You know it really doesn't matter who you are by gender, race, or anything, this place is down and out right just great EXTREMELY loving people that work there and, if it is still the same owner and his great brother, just GREAT PEOPLE. I was having a real hard day and I have been there quite a few times prior knowing that these guys are great loving Christians talking to the owner and the cook sat down and pray with me and it just went like oh my gosh the next rest of that day and the next day we're so beautiful

This place is amazing. Food quality really great,atmosphere authentic and staff very friendly. Loved every minute here. If you are traveling on the I-5 this is the place you must see :)

Quaint and historical location. Home cooked grub that is hearty and delicious. When I am running the west coast region, I try and stop here for my nights rest. I've never had a problem with parking the big rig.

Old historic place with REAL old-fashioned food. This is the all American truck stop dinner. I've been here twice and can't wait to come back again.

Best place to stop. The food is amazing! Just like grandma used to make. The family that runs it is very inviting and friendly. It's a nice family friendly place right off the I5.

Best breakfast in a while. We truckers sure appreciate amazing places like this and it makes it feel almost like home. Great folks running the place as well

This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a good meal, this is the place that comes straightaway to my head. fresh and varied food and a large list of dishes.great crew, and pleasant mood. Also, the pay is modest. I recommend this spot with no doubt.

AMAZING...Love this little place...Blast from the past. All meats are fresh from local butcher...hand pressesd sausage patties for breakfast, hand pressed hamburgers, house made soups, gravies, etc. Everyone who walks in the door on Thanksgiving gets a free meal. People drive from hours away on Thanksgiving. The original owner started the tradition years ago and now the current owner, original owners son, continues the tradition. You gotta check out the unique restroom.

Lots of parking, food is AWESOME, especially the Pea Soup!! Everyone who works there is kind and helpful, but Jessica is my all time favorite!!

During Covid the state of CA was super unfriendly, could not find anyplace to grab some sleep while passing through. Especially since we are not a traditional RV. This place was a life saver!!!!! We will stop and give our business anytime we are in the area.

It's an old school greasy spoon, and I mean that in a good way. Regular food, regular people, nothing fancy and that's what makes it good. It has the feeling of a small town truck stop cafe.

It's a nice small setting with an interesting bathroom. You will see it when you use there bathroom there.
